Introducing the Benton Homebuilders Safe Sale Mortgage Assistance Program


If your current home is not sold at tht time you close on your new Benton Homebuilders home, we will reimburse you for monthly taxes, interest, and insurance on your current home until it is sold for a period of time up to six months or a maximum of $10,000, whichever occurs first. Your current home must be listed with an approved, full-service realtor, and have an existing mortgage at the time of contract to be eligible for this offer. Listing agreement must be entered into at the time of contract. Reimbursement applies to first mortgages only and does not count toward home equity loans or other lines of credit.
