Magnolia is located in O'Fallon, Missouri, just a quick minute from the I-70 corridor, offering quick access to the entire St. Louis area. We are offering a variety of ranch villa home plans, so please stop by and visit our sales center soon and choose the one that best suits your family!

Our community has been such a great success that we have sold our two displays, however, 4 more will be ready in the spring.  We can still meet with you and show you our plans and reserve one of the new displays or build for you on the lot of your choice.  We can walk you through similar plans at our Villas at Montclair so that you can get a feel for our very popular villas floor plans.  Please call for additional information and prices and plan on visiting us in the Spring.
