Come By and See!!!!! We will be hosting an open house at our newly finished custom home located at 660 Kerhs Mill Road, Ballwin, MO 63011. We will be using this as the display for Sunset Groves until the onsite display is ready!

We are moving fast and furious! We are excited to update you as this community developes! We recently poured the streets and now have full access to view all of the lots! As power lines get moved and the entry monument gets underway we are awaiting the huge delivery of trees and shrubs that we will be installing soon ensuring an attractive streetscape! We have poured the foundation on our future model on lot 2 and we will soon be digging our first home!
