Orchard Glen is conveniently located in the heart of St. Peters, just minutes from the Rec Plex, I-70, BJC Hospital, parks, shopping, and is right across the street from the new Fort Zumwalt East High School.

We offer a variety of floor plans, starting in the $160’s, and of course allow for Benton’s signature customization. Start with one of our plans, and modify it to suit your needs! These floor plans range from 1200 square feet and go up to 2200 square feet! The options are limitless!

Our newest display of our Ryan II floor plan is scheduled to open December 16th! We will host an open house daily from 11am to 5pm Thursdays thru Mondays! You must come by and check it out! We decided to step outside the box and show you some new and exciting options we have at our design center such as a fire glass gas fireplace and custom designer paint scheme throughout!  Worth taking a look!
